The weather has steadily been getting warmer and the daffodils are finally on their way out. I spent last weekend trying to capture every last drop of their beauty with the camera since it’ll be another year before I get to see them again. This years variety trial was a huge success and we discovered at least a dozen new gems that we’ll be adding to our bulb offering this fall.
When it comes to bouquets, I normally use a mix of flowers and foliage, but in early spring when the daffodils are blooming, there is rarely anything else in the garden to pick, so I end up displaying them en mass instead. I think it might be my favorite way to feature these beauties anyway!
This bouquet includes Narcissus/Daffodil: ‘Precious,’ ‘Apricot Whirl,’ ‘Cum Laude,’ ‘Belle Song,’ ‘Coral Light,’ ‘Extravaganza,’ ‘Delnashaugh,’ ‘Cromacolor’ and ‘Crystal Mountain’ in one of my treasured Frances Palmer vases.

On Facebook, upload your photo as a comment under my weekly post.
3) Share.
In your photo caption, please share what flowers are featured (if you know them) along with your location and date. Bonus points for listing your USDA hardiness zone and week number (i.e. #week18flowers)
