How we ship
We ship all orders to the U.S. and Canada via USPS. You can select your shipping method at checkout. If you select the Media Mail shipping option, shipping times will vary between 2 and 10 days.
International orders are shipped either via USPS International or DHL International, depending on the availability of a shipping service to specific countries. View available shipping methods at checkout.
Our team ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed will typically ship the following business day. During our busy seed sale times, orders could take up to 4 to 6 weeks to ship. Any current shipping delays will be communicated at the top of the cart page. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.
Shipping carriers experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances. We will fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery times.
Shipping address
If you need to change your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible or email [email protected] with your order number and the correct address.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the items, weight of the shipment, and carrier rates. You can view the shipping cost after entering your address information and selecting the shipping method in your cart before checkout. This cost is set by the carriers (USPS and DHL).
Combining orders
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed. Unfortunately, because of our small team and the volume of orders we are processing in a short time, we are unable to combine separately placed orders.
Adding or removing items from an order
Because we cannot access your credit card information, we are unable to modify your order after it has been placed.
Canceling an order
If you need to cancel your entire order, please reply to your order confirmation email or email [email protected] as soon as possible with your name and order number. Please note: We are unable to cancel or remove individual items from your order.
Tracking an order
Once your order ships you will receive an email notification that contains a link to “View and track your order.”
Missing or lost packages
Tracking information is emailed once your package ships. You can find the most up-to-date information by clicking the “View and track your order” link in your shipping confirmation email.

In the event that your package appears to be missing or lost we recommend first checking with your local postal carrier to verify it has been delivered. We also recommend asking neighbors and even other members of your household to see if they may have received it by mistake. If the package cannot be located after these steps, please reply to your shipping confirmation email or email [email protected] with your name and order number and we’ll be happy to help.
Incorrect, missing, or damaged product
If items are damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order, please reply to either your order or shipping confirmation email or send an email to [email protected] with your name and order number and we will issue a replacement.
Returns & refunds
Seeds
Due to their perishable nature, seeds are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
All of the seeds we offer in our shop are of the highest quality and are tested frequently to ensure excellent germination. Please note: Our farm-bred Floret Original varieties are still works in progress and are not 100% uniform, so you will undoubtedly find a few off types in each mix.
For best results, reference the printed growing guide that comes with your order. It contains a step-by-step seed-starting tutorial, flower-growing advice, and detailed growing instructions for celosia, zinnias, and dahlias (from seed). You can also reference the resources section of our website.
If your seeds do not perform after following our detailed instructions, please contact us immediately and we will happily send you replacement seed if available, or refund the purchase price. Our guarantee is limited to the purchase price of the seed only; shipping costs are non-refundable. Floret is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from crop failure. Reports must be made within 2 weeks of discovering the problem and within 1 year of purchase.
Tools, supplies, & books
Due to their custom nature, our tools, supplies, and books are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Gift card redemption
Gift cards purchased from the Floret Shop can be redeemed in the “Gift card or discount code” field at checkout.
International shipping
If you are placing an order from outside the United States, it is your responsibility to understand your country’s restrictions, duties, and any special requirements in order to receive imported goods. If your country restricts packages based on the value of the contents, you must ensure that each order you place is within this limit. If you wish to order seeds or products that exceed that value, you should place separate orders, each within the limit.
Floret has no control over additional fees and is not responsible for confiscated items, delayed orders, or any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs office or other government agencies.
Packages returned to Floret due to a failure or refusal to pay the duties or taxes are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Floret offers worldwide shipping of signed books, tool belts, and other supplies.
We wish we could send our seeds all over the world, but unfortunately due to new export restrictions beyond our control, we are only able to ship them to the U.S. and Canada. If you put any of these prohibited items in your cart you will be unable to check out. We are unable to ship seeds to Australia due to import restrictions and disruptions in the USPS International mail service. We hope to be able to offer this again in the future.
